Check In & Check Out

At what time can I arrive and check in?

The hotel rooms are available from 3 pm. We are on hand at reception from 3 pm to 8 pm to welcome you personally. On arrival, we invite you to enjoy a glass of Glottertäler sparkling wine. If you are planning to arrive before 3 pm or after 8 pm, please contact us in advance so that we can prepare everything for your arrival.

What time do I have to check out and leave?

Your hotel room is at your disposal until 11 am on the day of departure. We are happy to store your luggage with us if you would like to collect it at a later time. If you would like to go hiking or cycling on your day of departure, you are welcome to use our bathroom for a refreshing shower afterwards to start your journey home refreshed.

children and Babies

Are children welcome in the hotel?

Of course! We are not a children's hotel, but we are definitely a hotel for the whole family. This means that we are also very happy to welcome the little ones. We have different room categories that offer enough space for parents and children together. We will be happy to make you a personalised offer. We are happy to provide a baby cot and high chair on request. There are no specific amenities for children in the house itself; however, the nature of the southern Black Forest with its extensive adventure possibilities is right on our doorstep.

SPA and sauna

When and how can I use the sauna?

Our SPA area is open from 4 pm to 8 pm. During this time, the Finnish sauna and the outdoor area can be used as you wish. The sauna is textile-free - no swimwear is permitted here. However, we are happy to provide additional sauna towels for guests who wish to cover up. Please remember to bring bathing shoes for the SPA area. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available for you in your room.

dogs

Can I bring my dog with me?

Yes, your dog is also very welcome here. They are welcome to accompany you in your room and in our public areas - even at breakfast time. Of course, we always assume that the dog is well behaved so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxed holiday experience for the dog owner and all other guests. Dogs are only not allowed in the SPA area and on the lawn. Dogs must be registered at the time of booking.

We charge a fee of € 12,-- per night and dog.
